What are the delivery charges for orders from plantmate-dev.10web.me?

Customer is charged a competitive flat-rate shipping fee for most eligible orders.
$12.00  to Canada;
$25.00 to USA;
$45 to worldwide.

* Shipping fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD); the exchange rate will be automatically updated upon check out.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Credit card/debit card;
Email money Transfer for Canada customers;
Paypal;
Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies through Coinbase.

How long will delivery take?

It takes up to 7 business days to delivery within Canada and 14 business days to delivery outside of Canada.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

When my order will be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 1 business day.

Why am I not receiving emails?

Confirmation or notification emails are sent automatically. If you just signed up an account with us, placed an order or just made some changes on your account, you should get an email from us right away, otherwise most likely our emails are treated as Junk mail (Spam mail) by your email receiver system. Check on your junk mail/ spam mail box and remove them from there.

Do I need to register an account in order to purchase?

No, you don’t. You can easily start buying products from our platfrom without registration.
We would still recommend you to create an account if you want to track all of your purchases in one place since that would give you an access to your purchase library.
You can create a new account when you are checking out, on your ‘CHECKOUT DETAILS ‘page, just simply check the ‘Create an account?’  on the low part of ‘BILLING DETAILS’ section.

Can I have a pro-forma invoice?

If you have an account with us, you can download or view your invoice in your account under the orders section. otherwise, please feel free to email us at plantmateinfo@gmail.com with your pro-forma invoice request and purchasing information, and we will promptly send you a pro-forma invoice.

Do I have a tracking number for my order?

Yes, you will receive the shipping tracking information email once your order is shipped.
or you can login to your account, tracking number will be under ‘Orders’ section in your account.

Where is my order shipped from?

Your order will be shipped from the province of British Columbia, Canada.
